Raining days slow me down… they make my body feel heavy, like everything is asking me to pause.
Today, I listened.
After finishing work, I laid down for a quick nap. The house was quiet… deeply quiet. And I realized—silence is never just one thing.
There is the peaceful silence…
the one that wraps around you softly, where you can hear birds singing, the wind moving, life gently flowing.
And then there is another kind…
a heavier silence. One that carries a feeling, an energy you can’t quite describe. It doesn’t sound empty—it feels full.
There is the silence of a serene night,
when everything is resting…
And the silence before sunrise,
when the world is still, but you can feel life slowly rising, like a quiet breath before the day begins, the one still carrying the stillness of the night.
Silence isn’t the absence of sound.
It’s a language.
Today, I didn’t try to understand it… I just let myself feel it.
And maybe Wave 9 isn’t about silence at all—
but about trusting what we hear when we finally stop trying to name it.
