When you find something that you’re passionate about, you cannot stop doing.
The thing is, when you find your purpose — something that fills your heart, your time, your energy — it’s like you can spend hours doing the same thing over and over and over. Just thinking of a way to improve. Thinking of a way to make it better.
And that is a good feeling.
You don’t feel exhausted. You don’t feel tired. You don’t feel like, “I cannot do this anymore.”
You feel like: I need to find something more. I need to create more. I need to find another way. I need to continue.
So instead of draining your energy, it revitalizes you. It gives you more to sleep on it, to dream on it, to live on it.
And I think that if I allow this feeling to grow inside of me, it’s going to be reflected in my whole life.
It’s not just finding the five minutes to do something that I like. It’s building my life around what I love.
I think that’s the purpose. That’s fulfillment.
And even though I have so many pieces to put together in my life, at least I am kind of finding the purpose of what I want to do. At least something that I enjoy very much right now — something where time passes, flies, and I don’t feel it.
I don’t want to say “I will.” Because that is like chasing butterflies.
I want to say: I am living the moment.
I need to change the way I talk to myself. It’s not in the future. It’s the present.
It’s learning how to be present in this moment and enjoy. It’s learning how to be present in every moment — at work, in meditation, with my daughter, even with my mom, at home, outside, with friends.
And in that present, I feel like everything flows.
Because being present isn’t just about slowing down.
It is about actually being there for your own life.
Don’t let other things come to your mind, to your heart.
Just live the moment consciously, passionately, and with intention.
And that may be where fulfillment begins.
Not with having every piece of life perfectly in place, but with recognizing the pieces that make you feel alive — and allowing yourself to experience them fully.
Maybe Wave 64 is about realizing we spend too much of our lives figuring out what comes next — and not enough time noticing what is already happening.
What makes you lose track of time?
What makes you want to learn more, create more, try again?
What gives you energy instead of taking it away?
Sometimes those moments are telling us something.
Not necessarily where our entire life is supposed to go, but where our energy wants to go next.
And we don’t always have to chase the answer. We can become still enough to recognize it.
Life can feel a little like chasing butterflies.
If you spend all your energy running after one, it keeps moving.
But if you become still, it may come close enough to find you.
Maybe the same is true of life.
Sometimes we need to stop chasing long enough to notice what is already finding its way toward us.
How Are You Navigating Your Wave?
What is something in your life that makes time disappear?
Something you keep thinking about — not because you have to, but because you want to?
Are you giving yourself enough space to be present with it?
Or are you already chasing the next thing?
You don’t need to have everything figured out today.
Maybe you just need to stop for a moment, breathe, and be present enough to notice what is already around you.
Maybe the butterfly is closer than you think.
